Adiuto services do not stop with the software solution going “live” but they are also after-sales services, thanks to our HELP DESK that answers promptly to clients’ demands. Through specific systems of clients (VPN) or through the use of remote assistance tools like Team Viewer, Adiuto’s staff will be able to connect to systems installed in the client’s terminals to better assist and address the issues.

If you are a partner or a client, you can request assistance through our Help Desk, filling in the form and downloading Team Viewer:

Every call to support centre will be recorded and traceable.
A record file (TICKET) will be created and some information will be generated:
• Ticket number
• Creation date
• Description
• Product version
