Fundamental Components

Web Server: the document server on which the Adiuto Basic Module is installed. The application is compatible with the Apache Tomcat® server supplied with the system.

Database Server: the server that manages the databases used by the application for the management of indexes associated with documents and system configuration parameters. Adiuto is a multi-database platform compatible with the most popular databases including: Oracle®, MS SQL®, MS SQL Express®.

FTP Server: the document repository, that is, the server that contains the documents, for which any FTP manager can be used (including Windows FTP services). Adiuto can use one or more FTP servers, even geographically distributed. The components outlined in the figure below can coexist on the same hardware, or be distributed across multiple machines, depending on the company's needs
