The Adiuto platform consists of a basic module and additional modules, which provide document management functions and operation automation, and acquisition processes or integration with other applications.

The Basic Module offers the necessary tools to store and search digital and paper documents, acquired via scanner, from fax, mail, office applications or products from business management systems.

  • Files: Possibility to create completely personalized navigation between the documents of interest to the user, generating digital files containing structured and unstructured documents.

  • Mobility: Access to a user interface on Web browsers and smartphones with intuitive, practical, ergonomic, and customizable modes.

Access to all of the program's features is possible on the browser. Compatibility with all browsers and accessibility even from mobile devices based on Android® and iOS® makes the platform a standard for communication and document sharing. The application operates in Microsoft®, Linux® and AS400-iSeries® environments and interfaces with the most common and widespread databases such as Oracle®, MS SQL Server®, and MS SQL Express.
