The remote consulting service, via web, allows remote interventions on the document platform installed by the customer, reducing intervention times and related travel costs. Interventions may include configurations, application implementations, and other activities related to consulting on document issues.
The client must make the server accessible. The service requires the purchase of a one-time activation, and a prepaid package of hours intended for each end customer. The service is counted for fractions/shots of 20 minutes in advance. On a monthly basis, a summary sheet of the interventions will be sent.
