The first by providing a document repository where the expiration of contracts is indicated and activates an alert that sends a prospectus to the users concerned 90-60-30 days before expiration. The second, more complex, introduces a "signature book" workflow on contracts where the purchasing department enters the contract signed by the supplier and then triggers a flow of signatures (order manager - area manager - dg - legal department).

Each user who makes an approval applies an electronic signature on the document, possibly also using his own signature or initials on the document. In case of non-approval, the document returns to the purchasing office, which asks for a correction from the supplier (for example, if the legal finds something unusual) and then it restarts the approval flow.

In Post Sale, we point out the automatic management of payment reminders for automatic invoices of fee renewals. The manager creates the invoice, Adiuto automatically sends the document to the customer and constantly checks whether the customer has paid or not. If so, the workflow finish or sends a reminder email (changing the text, subject, and sender). After the third reminder, an official service cancellation email arrives.
