Is it a good strategy to reduce waste to increase profits?

Often sales strategies are aimed at the "price" factor, any solution or value product must be obtained by efficient processes and without obvious waste. The best sales strategy is aimed at enhancing the solution through the reduction of costs generated by process waste, which allows defending and reviving the "profit" factor.

Lean Manufacturing
A mainly qualitative methodology that has the objective of making "lean" processes, in order to obtain an increase in efficiency through the elimination of all possible waste.

Six Sigma
Quantitative methodology that allows analyzing and optimizing processes by reducing variability in all its forms. Through statistical approaches, it allows the optimization of processes and the concrete and scientific identification of activities that need to be eliminated according to Lean thinking.
